Built and owned by your team
Each person builds everything themselves on your company's accounts, with your real email and files. It all belongs to your company and stays when that person leaves.
Two modules
Start with Module 1, in December or January. If Claude is already connected to your email and calendar and you use it on your files and folders, start with Module 2. The December group runs with 4 or more people. If it doesn't fill, you move to January.

- The basics: connect Claude to your workConnect Claude to your email, calendar and files, then set up a couple of tasks that run on their own.
- Your brand and your documentsClaude learns your brand from your website and best documents, turns your files into a finished deck or one-pager, and answers questions about your contracts, reports and spreadsheets.
- Hand off your website choresClaude logs in to the sites you use every day and pulls the reports or fills in the forms. Each person shows one thing they built.
Module 2: Building with Claude

- Build an app that automates a manual taskTurn a spreadsheet you update by hand into a working app your team can use.
- Make it happen the moment something arrivesWhen an email, form, payment or file comes in, Claude drafts the reply, updates your app or alerts the right person.
- Show what you built and next stepsEach person shows their project and what they'll build next. Owners are welcome to watch.

- $395 per module, $695 for both. Vistage member companies: your first seat is $195 per module with your Vistage code. Extra seats are full price. Billed as CONGAREE.
- Other costs
- A paid Claude plan for each person (Pro is $20 a month, or $17 a month billed annually). Module 2 adds n8n Starter, €20 a month billed annually after the free trial. GitHub, Netlify and Supabase are free.
- Bring
- A laptop with a camera, Chrome, a wired headset with a mic, and the work email you use every day
- Before you sign up
- Your company has approved connecting work email, calendar and company documents to Claude, and each person has a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Ultra or Team). Session 1 starts by turning off training on your data and walking through what Anthropic keeps.
